Responsibility
Circular Economy
The most sustainable component is the one that does not have to be built again.
What comes out of a vehicle today drives again tomorrow.
When a component is remanufactured, most of it is kept: housings, shafts and many precision parts. Only what wears out is replaced. The raw materials and energy a new part would need are never used in the first place.
For this to work, someone has to collect the components, bring them to the right facilities and supply them back to the market afterwards. That is what we do. Our business is the loop.
Responsibility
The loop
Removal
The component is removed during repair or dismantling.
Sourcing
We take it over, sort it and bundle volumes.
Remanufacturing
Specialised partners remanufacture and test it.
Reinstallation
Through our buyers it goes back into a vehicle.
Why it matters
- 01
Fewer raw materials
Metal and precision parts are reused instead of newly extracted.
- 02
Less energy
Remanufacturing needs far less energy than casting, forging and machining from scratch.
- 03
Less waste
Components that can still work do not end up as scrap.
- 04
Affordable repair
Workshops and drivers get an alternative to a new part.
